Cancellations & ReturnsChange or Cancellation If an order is cancelled or changed after production has begun, the customer will be charged for work completed at the time. If payment has been received and an order is cancelled, we will refund the difference. Returns In the un-likely event of a return, a World Wide Recognition representative must approve before a claim can be submitted. All claims must be made or submitted within 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of the products. Call tags may be sent for returned items only if the fault of the error or flaw is that of World Wide Recognition. Our "Old-Fashioned Satisfaction Guarantee" Items returned due to production error will be credited or replaced immediately. |
