ProductionTurn Around Times Normal production time is four to six weeks. Orders requiring proofs will be scheduled for production immediately following the approval of the proof. Your presentation date is our priority; we will always work with you to meet any date. Rush Orders Anything less than four week delivery, with factory approval, is considered a rush. A rush service charge is to cover employees overtime and cost for expediting supplies to meet the required presentation or ship date.
Shipping & Delivery All orders are shipped via UPS ground, prepaid F.O.B Elgin, IL. If there is a preferred carrier that you would like us to use, please specify and we will make the necessary arrangements. We charge $6.50 per item to cover shipping expenses. These charges appear on the invoice of the order. This charge is to cover the cost to ship each item as well as the cost of the materials and labor to package each item. All products are shipped in individually labeled gift boxes for easy presentation upon delivery. World Wide Recognition can "drop-ship" to multiple locations for a single order. This is a time saver for clients that have products going to different divisions within the corporation. Please supply us with a typewritten list of names and addresses and we will take care of the rest. Damaged Shipment Claims - Title of goods passes to the buyer at the F.O.B point. Goods are shipped at the buyer's risk and claims must be made against the carrier. Recourse rests exclusively with the carrier. Notify the carrier and advise our office within seven business days of any damaged shipments International Shipments - World Wide Recognition has the capability to ship to your international partners. We can take the necessary actions required to get products shipped over seas. Customer will be responsible for paying all additional cost as well as a $15.00 export handling charge. These charges will appear on the invoice after the order has been shipped. Over/Under Production Runs Producing exact quantities on orders is always the number one goal in manufacturing. Due to the custom nature of our business, we rarely experience issues of over or under producing an order. For those occasions where orders that do require the possibility of over/under production runs, we will always inform the client of the possibility prior to the order being sent to production. We follow the printing industry standard of (+/-) 5% on over/under runs. You will not be charged for more than 5% over the order quantity and we will not ship anything under 5% of the order quantity, unless approved by the client. |
